These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orlando Wealth Summit website, registration funnels, ticket purchases, and the in-person Event itself (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are owned and operated by Tax Deed Wolf Academy LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, registering for the Event, purchasing a ticket, or attending the Orlando Wealth Summit (the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register, purchase, or attend.
The Event
The Orlando Wealth Summit is an annual, in-person educational event hosted by the Wolves of Real Estate brand family. The Event features multiple speakers presenting on topics including but not limited to credit, finance, real estate investing, trading, AI-enabled wholesaling, BRRRR strategies, digital products, social media, life insurance, business structure, tax strategy, and personal transformation.
The inaugural Event is scheduled for July 11, 2026, at Afro Studios, 7220 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819, with doors opening at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
Ticket Types and Registration
The Orlando Wealth Summit offers two paid ticket tiers:
- General Admission ($18.28) — In-room access to the Event with standard seating. All 9 wealth pillars covered in one day, full-day event access, and venue address sent on registration
- VIP Admission ($97) — Everything in General Admission, plus front-row priority seating, guaranteed seat reservation, and closer proximity to speakers. VIP seating is limited to 50 seats and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are at least 18 years of age.
Payment
All ticket purchases require payment at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your selected ticket to your chosen payment method.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. If your payment cannot be processed, your ticket may not be honored and your registration may be cancelled.
All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes both General Admission and VIP Admission. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy.
The only exception to this rule is if the Event is rescheduled or cancelled by us, in which case the resolution will be handled as described in our Refund Policy and the section below.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets are not transferable to another person without our prior written consent. If you cannot attend, please contact us in advance — we may, at our sole discretion, allow you to transfer your registration to another individual.
Event Cancellation, Postponement, and Changes
We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, cancel, modify, or substitute aspects of the Event including but not limited to speakers, agenda, venue location, schedule, and Event format. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any material changes to registered attendees by email.
In the event the Orlando Wealth Summit is rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled, Tax Deed Wolf Academy LLC may, at its sole discretion, either (a) transfer your ticket to a future Event date, or (b) issue a refund of the ticket price paid. The resolution will depend on the specific circumstances, including the reason for the change, the timing relative to the original Event date, and operational considerations.
You will be notified by email of the resolution within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation or reschedule announcement. The decision between transfer and refund is made by us and is final.
We are not responsible for any incidental costs incurred by you in connection with attending the Event, including but not limited to travel, lodging, transportation, meals, time off work, or related expenses, regardless of any Event change, postponement, or cancellation.
Venue Address and Check-In
The Event venue address is shared with registered attendees and ticket holders only. Attendees should arrive prior to doors closing for the opening session. Check-in is by name only — no government-issued identification is required. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone whose name does not appear on the registered attendee list.
Code Of Conduct
By attending the Orlando Wealth Summit, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, professional, and lawful manner. You agree NOT to:
- Disrupt the Event, speakers, or other attendees
- Engage in harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or threats toward any person at the Event
- Attend the Event while under the influence of illegal substances
- Bring weapons of any kind into the venue
- Record, livestream, or distribute Event content for commercial use without express written permission from us
- Engage in unauthorized solicitation, recruiting, or business pitching to other attendees, speakers, or sponsors
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any attendee from the venue without refund for violations of this Code of Conduct or any conduct deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
Photography, Video, and Likeness Release
By attending the Event, you acknowledge that the Event may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded for promotional, marketing, educational, and commercial purposes. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your likeness — including in photographs, video footage, and audio recordings captured at the Event — in any media format without compensation. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please notify event staff at the check-in desk on arrival.
Intellectual Property
All content presented at the Event and on our website — including but not limited to speaker presentations, slides, videos, written materials, audio recordings, photographs, logos, branding, and curriculum — is the intellectual property of Tax Deed Wolf Academy LLC, our speakers, our sponsors, or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Event content without our express written permission.
Assumption Of Risk and Liability Release
By attending the Orlando Wealth Summit, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending an in-person event, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, illness (including communicable disease), property damage, or financial loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Tax Deed Wolf Academy LLC, the Wolves of Real Estate brand family, our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, speakers, sponsors, and venue partners from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, and causes of action arising out of or related to your attendance at the Event.
No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice
All information presented at the Event and through our funnels, products, and communications is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing presented should be construed as financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other professional advice tailored to your individual situation. Sponsors and Third Parties
The Orlando Wealth Summit features sponsors including East Coast Title, My Free Score Now, and other sponsors that may be added prior to the Event. Sponsors are independent companies. We are not responsible for the products, services, claims, representations, or business practices of any sponsor, speaker, exhibitor, or other third party present at the Event. Any transactions or agreements you enter into with a sponsor or speaker are solely between you and that party.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Tax Deed Wolf Academy LLC, our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, or speakers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your attendance at the Event, or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for your ticket in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tax Deed Wolf Academy LLC, our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, speakers, and sponsors from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of our Services, (b) your attendance at the Event, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Event shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable while preserving the original intent.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered ticket holders by email. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tax Deed Wolf Academy LLC regarding the Orlando Wealth Summit and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
